Sanders Plant & Waste Management

Morpeth-based Sanders Plant & Waste Management, a provider of waste management and plant hire services across Northumberland and Tyne & Wear, has safely recovered a HD Roller using Ctrack’s tracking system after it was stolen by thieves. The plant equipment, worth £25,000 had been taken from a customer site while out on hire in the County Durham region.

Ctrack Online, a web-based vehicle tracking solution, had alerted Sanders Plant & Waste Management to the unauthorised movement of the plant via SMS and email notifications. Office staff were then able to track the precise position of the stolen equipment as well as capture the necessary data to aid any police investigation. Due the tracking tool recently being upgraded, the company liaised directly with the Ctrack support team to ensure they took the necessary steps to safely locate and retrieve the plant.
