Ctrack becomes Brake corporate partner to help drive road safety

Ctrack by Inseego has underlined its commitment to road safety by becoming corporate partner of Brake, the charity that supports people affected by road death and serious injury and campaigns for safe and healthy mobility for all. The leading provider of vehicle tracking and fleet telematics will work closely with the charity over the next 12 months to promote the significance of improving driver behaviour and support a range of fundraising activities.

“We are passionate about road safety and fleet risk reduction, so we recognise the critical nature of the work Brake does,” comments Steve Thomas, Managing Director of Ctrack UK by Inseego. “We are delighted to become a Corporate Partner of Brake, so we can positively contribute to their goal of inspiring, informing and encouraging action that reduces road deaths and injuries.”

Sarah Plumb, Senior Fleet Officer at Brake said: “We believe everyone has a right to safe and healthy mobility and we are delighted to partner with a company who shares Brake’s passion and commitment to road safety.  We look forward to working with Ctrack throughout the year.”

With business driving the primary occupational hazard with over 30 per cent of road deaths attributed to work-related activity each year, Ctrack works with a growing range of public and private sector organisations to target fleet safety improvements. These driver solutions use the latest telematics hardware and software to monitor performance and engage with employees to encourage responsible driving.

“Our relationship with Brake will not only enable us to provide valuable support to their road safety campaign and education programme. It will also reaffirm our commitment to this hugely vital cause and provide us with an opportunity better promote the benefits of our driver behaviour solutions and the best practice of our customers,” concludes Thomas.
